For the first time, Gov. John Kasich will take his State of the State address to southwest Ohio and deliver his speech in Wilmington, Ohio. While last year, we speculated about what the Governor may discuss, this year many believe Gov. Kasich will primarily promote his proposed budget. However, we will all find out tonight exactly Kasich will focus on during the State of the State, whether attending in person or watching the live stream.
