Ohio Chamber of Commerce Research Foundation Now Accepting Proposals

The Ohio Chamber of Commerce Research Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, is now accepting proposals from qualified research firms to partner with in compiling & completing a state-wide technology-based economic opportunity & development plan.

The fast-paced and ever improving industry of technology makes it almost impossible to predict all the economic opportunities that will emerge within the next decade.  However, Ohio could be recognized as a technology-based leader by properly planning and paving the way for these opportunities to sprout, develop and mature.  It is in the best interest of the economic well-being and long-term competitiveness of Ohio to be forward thinking about the future of this industry base, workforce needs, policies and incentives that could positively impact growth.

We are looking for proposals from trusted and well-known research firms to assist in the development of a plan that would include, but is not limited to: possible tax incentives, joint venture opportunities, government programs, workforce development, infrastructure needs and upgrades, best practices and public policies.

The request for proposal can be downloaded at http://ohiochamberfoundation.com/projects/ or requested by emailing research@ohiochamber.com

Deadline for proposals:  Monday, August 14, 2017 at 5:00pm EST.

Any questions please contact Katie M. Koglman, Executive Director at 614.629.0921 or kkoglman@ohiochamber.com

  1. An impressive share, I simply with all this onto a colleague who was simply performing a small analysis on this. And then he the truth is bought me breakfast because I ran across it for him.. smile. So allow me to reword that: Thnx for that treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending plenty of time to discuss this, I believe strongly about it and enjoy reading much more about this topic. If possible, as you grow expertise, would you mind updating your website with an increase of details? It is extremely ideal for me. Huge thumb up in this writing!

  2. Appreciating the time and energy you put into your site and in depth information you provide. It’s great to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same old rehashed material. Great read! I’ve bookmarked your site and I’m adding your RSS feeds to my Google account.

  3. Greetings! Quick question that’s completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My weblog looks weird when viewing from my iphone. I’m trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this problem. If you have any recommendations, please share. Appreciate it!
