House Bill 2 (HB 2) took its last step toward enactment today when the Ohio House concurred on the Senate changes. HB 2 will now move to the governor for his signature. 

Once HB 2 is signed, the Development Services Agency can begin the process of writing rules and taking other steps necessary for start-up of the program that will expand broadband access for Ohioans who lack connectivity. Further details of HB 2 can be viewed by clicking here.
