Check out my op-ed piece on Senate Bill 58 in the Plain Dealer today. The Ohio Chamber supports the bill and has been advocating for its passage.  Don’t believe the opponent’s claim that the bill is dead! Senator Bill Seitz, the bill sponsor and Chairman of the Public Utilities Committee, delayed a vote on the bill to allow for more deliberations and discussions with Senators. Expect discussions to continue over the next few weeks in anticipation of the Senate’s return after the holiday break.
